i didn t like that you couldn t get room service all day

hotel employees shuttle us back and forth and they are excellent

we had appointments with the cleveland clinic and was pleased that we had a shuttle

room was clean, well laid out, and bed was comfy, loved the stocked kitchenette and the comfy sitting room

no indoor pool

clean rooms and common areas, comfortable beds, nice pool and basketball court for the kids to enjoy

d say the kitchen area especially the cabinets needed to be cleaned better also the white shades were dirty

i want to say i really appreciate the fact that they have shuttle service to cleveland clinic hospital, but

breakfast was super: well stocked, big variety, tasty

didn’t get in until 2am and they gave us a late check out

-gym could be more equiped, since there is only one treadmill, one eliptical and dumbbells until

no gym or swiming pool

the gym could be better equipped.

oo and let's not forget that great hottub and pool would 100000000% stay

decent-sized gym and pool, building is surrounded by beautiful plaza and grounds

there is a pool, hot tub, guest laundry and workout room on the bottom floor

we also enjoyed the quaint bar for cocktails and the free breakfast was first rate

location, full kitchen, comfortable bed, friendly staff, free internet

privacy and function of the room with kitchen

having a little apt/suite and a microwave, table and coffee pot and a washer and dryer, gym, pool and jacuzzi - a delicious breakfast and store at front desk

they come with a full living room, kitchenette, bedroom and walk in bathroom

only issue would be laundry area and you have to pay to clean clothes
