there swimming pool was closed

i didn t like that you couldn t get room service all day

loved our room great space for us as no the kids

we had appointments with the cleveland clinic and was pleased that we had a shuttle

the wedding venue stage and bar area

room was clean and comfortable, parking was well lit and secure, and the shuttle service was friendly and prompt

to order room service for breakfast 2 days and there were problems both days

if you use room service it's a 22% gratuity charge and also 2

staff nice , great area for kids while traveling.

we're here to get away from our kids but were woken up by kids in the next room carrying on at 730 am

would have liked longer breakfast hours for the weekend

no gym or swiming pool

the gym was not ideal. the breakfast could have been better.

the breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. area was very nice.

oo and let's not forget that great hottub and pool would 100000000% stay

decent-sized gym and pool, building is surrounded by beautiful plaza and grounds

i didn't use the swimming pool but i saw kids were having fun

wish the gym was a little bigger

the bar tender was having to do it all and he was busy at the bar

pool not as clean as could be; fitness room pointless, as all equipment broken.

they come with a full living room, kitchenette, bedroom and walk in bathroom

only issue would be laundry area and you have to pay to clean clothes
