hotel was very clean, beds were exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast and your shuttle service a plus

the stay was comfortable and the gym was basic

no gym or swiming pool

also the shuttle service to cleveland clinic hospital is god sent

the pool and hot tub were both great (my kids used them every evening

didn’t like that kids under the age of 18 can get in the hot tub

decent-sized gym and pool, building is surrounded by beautiful plaza and grounds

the friendly and helpful staff, the location within walking distance of many attractions, the pool and hot tub, the overall look of the hotel, and the free evening kickback and morning

we also enjoyed the quaint bar for cocktails and the free breakfast was first rate

over priced and pool outside not indoors. it was pouring so we couldn't enjoy anything outside.

there were plenty of things to occupy kids

outdoor pool offered some quality relax time before some gruelling tail gating at the foo fighter concert

was not no amenities like the pool area was closed i wanted to tan and exercise in the pool

we loved having a big kitchen

also, charging $10 per night to park your car is a little insulting, since it is not 'in town' parking, or at an airport or resort

their was a full kitchen, fireplace and and spacious living area

staff i put way to money for nothing they don t even bring breakfast to your room the wifi sucks if you wanted good wifi you had to pay tho i put almost $400 for one night on a
