hour complimentary breakfast has set the bar that i will judge all future hotels by

the new little bar was an added bonus. the receptionist was very helpful.

the wine bar that is attached is cute and very friendly - though we struggled with the acoustics, very hard

got to leeds early in the morning and seeing the property didn’t open until 2pm but i had baggage i said i’d

now 7-9am is complimentary and there is a 20 charge even if you ve had a spa session and staying over

kids 8 years old 6 years old 4 years old had room 8 we have the room 21 upstairs we so worried

lots of kids playing, the relaxation room was closed all day on the monday

what was meant to be a nice relaxing evening with no kids turned into and expensive night where we would have had more rest staying at home

kids in the swimming pool pre 9am lack of atmosphere in bar

corridors were very wide, as i was carrying golf clubs this made moving through much easier than most hotels

up and changing for graduation ceremony after a long drive, i was happy to pay to arrive early, but was advised they don't have early check in
