the spa bath was great!

upon moving rooms, received much better, but no spa tub as requested

we were told we booked a two-bedroom suite with a spa bath

bed was comfortable and the small kitchen highly serviceable

the chemical balance of the pool was off when i visited and the entire room smelled bad

location, style, staff and olympic gym.

its huge, very well equipt and has a full size pool, courts and classes (plus a spa) (+)neighborhood location, free access to quality gym next door including an olympic size pool and excellent hotel service (+) loved the health club too and pool and (+) wish we d brought our swim suits for their awesome hot tub and pool (-) but do not get fooled by the vision of its nice swimming pool, there is a very strict sign-up policy that apparently opens every month (+) always a nice place to come back to and the club attached to the hotel is fantastic-beautiful pool, steam rooms, sauna, whirlpool (+) yoga class, lap pool and work out areas

very confortable, well located. the gym is wonderful. i enjoyed everything.

all of the amenities (gym, coffee, etc) are not in the hotel

gym was quite far out in a separate building and was a little complicated to exchange a room key

spa and eating right in the same complex

gym was very far to navigate and freezing (temp was on 63 degrees and not changeable)

was billed for the services at the spa for someone else

also no pool indoors looked like an apartment instead of a hotel

that the pool was outside and no hot tub

spacious room with sofa & kitchen. super comfortable king bed. cool ac. large bathroom area.

we had the three bedroom sky suite and was amazing for our needs with 3 families with kids

we love having the kitchen and washer/ dryer in unit

we were accidentally charged for room service our kids paid for with cash and when i asked about it at check out there were no problems getting our

we had a king with a sofa sleeper and a kitchenette

they have laundry, which is helpful but they only accept coins and there isn’t a coin machine.

breakfast needs more variety. bacon was oily.

gym equipment nice didn’t use

the 24 hour laundry was very good

kids always want a pool and there isn’t one.
