also no pool indoors looked like an apartment instead of a hotel

it was very clean and rooms were very comfortable. the hot tub, pool and gym was spectacular.

also that you had to make a reservation for use of the pool

pool area was a bit of a mess (trash and a dirty diaper around the pool), but it was spring break

having a kitchen area was a bonus in this “eat at home” era which allows us to grab some takeout and eat

wasn't the cleanest, especially the kitchen looked a bit scruffy

the bed was so comfortable, the aircon worked amazing , the outdoor pool we didn t use but the fitness center we did and was great

extra blankets and pillows and everything you would need in the kitchen

the spa was actually the main reason for our stay and was nice

room service, no help with bags and luggage carts very difficult to steer, restaurant not open
