in a good location ( a short walk from old shanklin, shanklin chine and the beach ) with private parking

we had a lovely breakfast every day, and polite and kind all-around hosts (you're the man, steve (+)sausages are my favourite and steve the owner got some in for me so made breakfast perfect our room was peaceful and overlooked the sea saw amazing ships and yachts, bed (+) went out of the way to provide vegetarian chapatti for breakfast over all was very (+) mr steve tried to make breakfast, but with that view, you'd sleep like a baby (+) amazing breakfast too (+) perfectly cooked breakfast (+) owner lovely and great breakfast (+), worked hard throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable, as well as cooking a great breakfast with plenty of choice and continuing with the renovations (+) great breakfast with lots of choice (+) really lovely breakfast highly recommend to everyone

have been nice to have better access to the bar and possibly a restaurant open for meals apart from breakfast, which was nice

bar being open would have been a bonus but we loved our stay and look forward to it being up and

kitchen area contains everything needed including dishwasher and washing machine for the use of

safe parking

the parking space was very useful as it made for a more relaxed holiday

it was very well decorated and the kitchen was stocked not only with equipments, but also ingredients for breakfast

the breakfast was exceptional and very hot with a lot of choice

flyover is near otherwise very central. wifi was rather positional.

once inside you need to head to the bar to check in, the bar was shut when i was there but looked very smart

our room was simply beautiful, bed was comfortable and bar well stocked

big shout out to jade on the bar who kept me topped up and laughing throughout the evening

the steam room and the swimming pool for the kids

were a family of 5 with 3 kids but we had to spiit rooms on different floor, i hsve wish we had adjoining rooms but that was

choice of pillow, comfy bed, liked the wet room concept, pool was fabulous

parking. due to building work spaces are limited.

the restaurant was closed and the food in the bar was pretty poor as was breakfast which was also understaffed

all attention to detail things) was surprised to hear we were able to use spa facilities at sister hotel, this was not made obvious when booking

no reception facilities and little contact with staff, unless you go into the bar

the staff were lovely in the bar / restaurant

didn't top up sugar and milk but minor things i'm sure i could've asked in bar or something.

the room was comfortable and spacious. jamie at the bar downstairs was a big help!
