our room was simply beautiful, bed was comfortable and bar well stocked

there are so many lovely personal touches, a bar as well stocked as any in shoreditch and a wonderful welcome

once inside you need to head to the bar to check in, the bar was shut when i was there but looked very smart

wifi was strong and the tv had the normal mix of freeview channels

the breakfast is excellent served in a pleasant room overlooking the garden

breakfast was very good too

lunch and breakfast was lovely

wifi was hit and miss and often was unavailable

no reception facilities and little contact with staff, unless you go into the bar

the staff were lovely in the bar / restaurant

didn't top up sugar and milk but minor things i'm sure i could've asked in bar or something.

the room was comfortable and spacious. jamie at the bar downstairs was a big help!

5 star accomodation bar staff were very polite and extremly helpful. 5 star service

nothing to dislike for us, breakfast full but kept well stocked and beautiful views

like the langstone, pool, sauna, steam room, gym, restaurant food is great and breakfast is

excellent location beautiful decor spacious rooms great spa lovely people very welcoming

paid for a classic double room - which was very lovely and clean and could easily have slept 2 kids or 1 adult and 1 kid
