shower, good heater/air conditioning(jan is cold in monterrey) , good wifi , good location (-)wifi didn t work (+)this hotel is good value for money. it has free wifi. (-)wifi wasn't working at all (-) the staff, while nice at check-in, did absolutely nothing to help when i told them my wifi was pitiful

breakfast is really bad and with no choices.
i stayed two days, the first day the breakfast was ok, the second morning it was really good
the breakfast was very good, the laundry was neat, and the pool area was relaxing
