hotel is near a comercial plaza, the pool is perfect size, the only problem is the room some rooms looks damaged (doors, floor, bath) (+)security and traffic control to keep cars safe. pool and amenities available. main road access. shower, good heater/air conditioning(jan is cold in monterrey) , good wifi , good location (-)wifi didn t work (+)this hotel is good value for money. it has free wifi. (-)wifi wasn't working at all (-) the staff, while nice at check-in, did absolutely nothing to help when i told them my wifi was pitiful
