because there was a maid cart in front of our room we parked our truck facing the pool to unload our stuff when another guy came out and said we had to park directly in front of our

pool was not working, bed could have been more comfy, the room was cold and i had no control over

no pool. house keeping did not bring towels or replenish the amenities. i had to go get them.

within 5 minutes we find a best western with a much bigger and infinitely cleaner pool and rooms

bedspread was paper thin and pool closed

gave me early check in every time and late checkout once, without added fee

breakfast included didn't have very many protein options

huge rooms. nice view of the bay breakfast was good

also, we were there on a sunday and monday and we looked into the spa there but it is closed on mondays and we got there after 2 on sunday and it was closed

the hot tub and spa were very relaxing and calm

we missed out on the large 'bird bath' type pool due to our time of year but the staff were wonderful

we hardly had to leave the resort because there is alot for the kids to do

pool was heated and very clean the property was well maintained

cottage was amazing and so were the pools and play structures for the kids

even though it was already end of summer season, the small pool was still open and we enjoyed a bit

it is walking distance to the falls, as well as restaurants, shops & the casino

within walking distance of everything (maid of the mist, casino - definitely try the buffet, falls, rainforest cafe - another must spot to eat) brought my

right across the street from the casino and we could see the mist from the falls from our room

loved how high the ceilings were in our room and the nice spa tub to relax in

everything. the spa tub was great. room was large, and very quiet.

i guess if i had to pick something, the pool was closed for obvious reasons.

did not have chance to use the pool this time but will next time

close to any attraction for the kids which we had 3 of our grandkids with us

the spa tub how close it is to clifton hill

nothing beats being able to walk to clifton hill, especially with kids

didn t have the microwave as advertised i would ve liked to have a kettle for tea and room service

clean, spacious room, well-equipped mini kitchen.

it is great if the reminder email explains what the cutlery and kitchen equipment are included

the size of the living space and rooms. the kitchen amenities.

clean , well stocked, with all kitchen supplies, all dishes, pots snd pans, they had oil, salt and pepper

full kitchen and king size bed are super comfortable
