dryer in laundry room door was slightly bent
beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in our 2 bedroom suite for the 4 of us

the cardio equipment in the gym could be updated

they offer a laundry room on the 4th and 5th floors
indoor pool looked nice but hubby said water not warm enough
said they had room service
the room had 2 tv's and kids were able to watch what they wanted and so were the
need more washer/dryers in the laundry room.

kitchen was well equipped. balcony was nice. convenient to the store and restaurants.
no music the two nights i was there but a lot of noise coming from the bar and kitchen

kids staying downstairs wer very loud and water pipes were noisy but otherwise very nice place
street was noisy, but we liked the two twin beds for the kids
also had a double bed and two singles in the second room which our older kids could stay comfortable in

super helpful and friendly staff. great location and great place to stay with kids.
free parking and our room is well prepared earlier than check in time, therefore we able to do an early check in for a good rest
staff let us do an early check in which was very appreciated

i also had a nice view of the lawn and pool from the sliding glass door
the back sliding door opened facing the swimming pool which was lovely as we had a breeze coming through the screen door in the evening
accepted pet but v charged pet fee of $35
there wasn't much for breakfast and they were out of things like milk for the cereal, they had bread but no butter and
