the entire staff was welcoming to our furry kids and very helpful with any question we had

has only one thing going for it - location - next to jack london square - where there is a great bar / eatery attached to a bowling alley
though we did not try there breakfast everything was great the parking feel safe and the locations just great
good price breakfast was good friendly
around the corner was a super nifty dive bar saloon with glorious wall art and they had xena warrior princess playing in the background and

my kids wanted more snacks in the snack machines
pool and hot tub were so awesome
didn't bother me as i was alone, but if i had had my kids with me i would have had to answer some questions about the noises
the gym opens at 7am not practical for anywho who works. there is one very small elevator.
only things that come to mind was there were some kids above us that were a little noisy, but i was with my family too which i get

parking at 65 dollars + tax is steep considering the amount you pay for the room
having an apartment with a kitchen and a common area was great for our group
apartment/suite for a family - good kitchen facilities, easy dining/cooking in room options, so nice to have a washer/dryer to use
