swimming pool was very nice, nice bed room, good bar, friendly people, good entertainment

the activities for the kids and the family

wifi was shocking and unable to connect in our room so had to sit in reception.

we needed an early breakfast and they were happy to open the for us.

there are 2 pools and both are really nice

if you've kids there is nothing resembling a proper kids section, to put you on warning, boiled tinned

all were very accommodating, from reception, restaurant, bar staff and cleaners, they made you feel welcome always

lounge bar was not open

the long queues at times for drinks and could not understand why inside bar was never open.

breakfast buffet poor

breakfast was not of a high standard no pool area and no sun beds to relax in limited access to gym area ceiling leaked in

breakfast wondurfull - cannot think about a thing that was not available

the buffet at breakfast was very nice with a good selection of food

gym closed (because of the covid …), billard very used

terrace of our room has a direct access to the swimming pool and the bar of the hotel

location was absolutely brilliant and we thoroughly enjoyed being by the roof top bar in the evenings enjoying a drink

fantastic location loved the rooftop bar and pool

area good, could have been improved with a spruce up, flooring maintained, towels provided & a bar area would have been lovely - it was big enough to take it

room very clean with all the having access to the pool was definitely a bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable

there's only one slight issue, and it's the lack of a bar on the rooftop pool.

the room didn't have a kettle or coffee making facilities in the room the bar area wasn't really a bar and only seen it open once parking very expensive bathroom needed

bar was little uninspiring

breakfast was good and staff super friendly

some bars and restaurants, an arcade hall and a gym as well

was amazing, super friendly staff, good breakfast buffet

the swimming pools are amazing and the sports bar is very convenient too

the fact that the kids' water playground is on another side helps to keep the main pool relatively quite and calm

the entensive pool facilities allowed us to relax and enjoy the nice weather

i found the spa treatments on the expensive side of things but is there if one wanted to use it

negative comment was that the gym didn t open till 10am

room service, food was completely cold

2 big pools which my kids enjoyed playing in

and although a bit basic the room had everything we needed and we could park right outside our front door
