roof top pool more like a kids paddling pool in size but nice lounging area

the room didn't have a kettle or coffee making facilities in the room the bar area wasn't really a bar and only seen it open once parking very expensive bathroom needed

the hotel had a small gym and a pool on the 3rd floor, both nice and clean

we booked we thought there was a pool and nice courtyard area but the plunge pool was empty and the courtyard and loungers was a

the first night, we ordered food from room service

into the bath, which is a bit high, would be facilitated by installing a grip bar to help prevent slipping

location and facility treated really well by staff in facility and bar and restaurant staff was so helpful in arranging tours answering questions etc they went out of

the mini bar was ok, but could have been better stocked, especially with beer

gym had no light weights nor cleaning materials

bar and pool (pool is only 90cm deep) perfect for relaxing in the sun

place was very kids friendly, helpful stuff offered us a baby cot and there was special baby chair in the

both sierra nevada and the city centre ( 6th floor is better to avoid the noise from the rooftop bar )

pool on top of hotel. nice hotel gym. ac works. no noise. very helpfull staff. speaks english!

no bathroom locks. no kitchen. hard to find due to road systems but that's not the hotels fault.

needs some refurbishment for example blinds in the kitchen, wall in living room near the door.

it also had dish racks in the kitchen that were open to the sink, so you could put your (clean) wet dishes in and they would drip

i did not detect anything negative. gym could be a bit better - needs upgrading.

the hotel was really nice with lots of available facilities like a gym and massage if you wanted to book it

the roof bar has great views of the center

the facilities also were great, there was a gym, 2 elevators, and a coffee shop which was very convenient

good to have a safe and also had some laundry done
