i wish the pool had been bigger!

at this time no pool due to covid-19 but definitely have a beautiful pool not too big and not too small

didn't like the fact that i booked here because i was told the pool was open (meaning usable) and when i got there it wasn't

the room was clean. staff was nice. pool was clean. great location from our venue.

the pool was not working.

my breakfast fast and good

rooms were very nice, clean. pool area looked nice although we did not use it. staff was great.

sitting room wwith games and fireplace, outdoor firepit, patio areas, bar and food

me and my kids all came home to bed bug bites on our bodies. never staying there again.

good with kids no microwave in the room very little fridge i don’t like this hotel never booked for

breakfast, very nice room, excellent cleaning service

the kitchen helped keep the food good with the fridge and counter-space

i know there are full kitchens in the hotel, there was a smell of curry of some sort along the hallway going into my room

full kitchen and full hot breakfast

the pool was every shallow

used laundry facilities, detergent provided, change machine

pool space feels luxurious, and evening movies are a nice touch

wifi didn't work well in the rooms and in other hotel locations universal shuttle is helpful

needs the bar open longer. not a big drinker but wanted to stay up to enjoy the place.

i like i how they can cater to both the parents and kids

the staff at the breakfast area are also very helpful and

breakfast was good/fulfilling

there were lots of bees surrounding the pool area (deck and water included).

the room was small but clean and comfy, pool was nice.

there is a laundry room with coined washing machine and dryer which is really nice

breakfast was the usual continental breakfast but good to have for the kids

breakfast was very good for being grabbing him

rude staff, gym equipment broken, said they were cleaning rooms atm due to staff shortages

was beautiful and the food is what you expect for a free breakfast

the work desk in the room was very handy, and the wifi was strong and reliable
