i didn't like the fact that it did have the utilities for the kitchen...

cleanliness , early check in

private, kitchen was wonderful nice area, walking to the beach was okay but crossing the busy street was

very nice, great value. we loved the full kitchen.

melissa even had our room prepared for my requested early check in

breakfast area is too small for number of guests staying there

having the staff laundry and guest laundry in the corridor did not help, but i could also hear other guests talking

our room was at pool level, however that also meant we were right by the hotel laundry room, housekeeping carts in hallway, lots of traffic of noisy carts, washer/dryer etc

possibility to make a laundry there what we dit without any issues

major - pool was chilly and there is a lack of restaurants in the area

my kids love playing pool or checkers in the game room which has an awesome view of the ocean, pier, and city

the pool directly overlooks the beach with the bar and restaurant nearby

doesn't have a true gym. hotel could use a bit of upgrade/renovation. elevators are a bit small.

the room was beautiful. the pool was great. loved the tiki bar and close proximity to the beach.

spa tub was a lifesaver after walking 20+ miles a day

there should be reserved spots in the parking lots for guests only since their tiki bar is open to the

- hotel is located right on the beach, restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and kids eat for free

very dangerous for guest with little kids running across road

it was very hard to do this for adults much less kids

have so much chlorine in the pool but understand its needed cause all the rain the last 2 weeks but a bit much for
