noticed people coming in to use pool that wasn’t staying at hotel

i must have missed the pet fee somewhere in the fine print

continental breakfast and happy hour a plus

they provide a happy hour with wine and cheese and crackers and breakfast with muffins and yogurt

no utensils in kitchen upgrade

the pool and hot tub area was really nice, everyone was so nice

didn't have a working laundry room. also didn't have a restaurant. otherwise it was great

right on the beach and wishing walking distance to shops, mini golf and

parking could be better

construction, handicap parking and vistors not using the parking lot available across the street

loved the pool. the room was clean.

it was a pleasant experience, and the wife and kids liked the pool

friendly staff, nice pool, clean room, safe place to stay. very good for the price!

we were able to park our bikes and trailer relatively easy and felt safe

we loved it!!!! we will be back and the outdoor bar and restaurant was outstanding!!!

just the fact they didn't offer complimentary breakfast but that wouldn't keep me away.

i m being really picky, shower pressure, no laundry facilities, price of the breakfast for 4 people was too high at $105 per visit

cool place love the roof top area, pool is pretty and clean

had a wonderful time on the roof top bar

also the pool is rather small

we enjoyed the roof top bar but really enjoyed the lobby bar

due to the hurricane and from what i understand they are working to fix it and the heater in the pool wasn’t working but they’re working to fix that as

it was close to the ocean center where we needed to be for my granddaughter's gymnastics competition

covid still being used as reason why gym, restaurant and breakfast aren’t available

major - pool was chilly and there is a lack of restaurants in the area

it had a full-size kitchen with an island, a laundry room

the sun deck was amazing and the gym is beautiful with a wonderful view of the ocean from the 12th floor

the full kitchen, washer dryer and dishwasher makes an extended stay easier

drinks at bar are pretty expensive

it was ocean front and had a full kitchen and we loved she was very accommodating with breakfast and so

pool was small and they were doing construction above our room

put staff at front desk in more professional clothes. maybe golf shirts & khakis.

same breakfast everyday. will be great if have hot egg menu (instead of cold eggs)

easy access to the beach with ramps, so many clean pool towels always available, spare toys for kids

wish i had time to use the pool and whirlpool

got nice, spacious suite with the kitchen and separate bedroom, room were clean

from bill at the front desk (we just loved him)to the young ladies in the kitchen to the young man that helped us out changing

room was big, the pool was opened till 11 pm so we could still use it despite late arrival

continental breakfast was smaller than what i’ve experienced in the past, but solely due to covid
