owners lovely - pool was heated and beautiful
had a dedicated room with a full-scale kitchen equipped with a good number of pots, pans and silverware
it was really clean and the kitchen was well equipped

the pool was also closed due to covid
it is in walking distance of great restaurants and both casinos
when we arrived and pulled into the parking lot, there was someone outside that greeted us and showed us where
staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfy , nice pool overall well recommended i've been coming for 2 years at this location i will be back soon

staff is so polite and cooperative when we ask for early check in and close rooms

full kitchen and king size bed are super comfortable
clean, spacious room, well-equipped mini kitchen.
we stayed in a king size loft and it was so tastefully decorated with high ceilings full kitchen and massive bathroom
i didn't use the kitchen but it looked well equipped

very close to goat island and casino, but also very walkable to falls and other attractions

we all sleep in the car after 24 house the give different room service not good and we have to pay for the room didn t
nothing beats being able to walk to clifton hill, especially with kids
and cleanliness, but i find the beds a bit small i wish i could move them closer because i have kids
no fan in bathroom and only 3 kleenex in alergy season and very noisy people above us posibly kids jumping and

the problems we encountered were: - very weak wifi - the water in the shower was unpredictable
great breakfast
good, abundant breakfast, 24 hour coffee station, allowing two hour parking after check out
breakfast was good, but would like there to be some fresh options, such as fruit, yogurt, granola
