the pool was great!!

i was very hot in the room it wasn't cold enough but the room was nice also did not like that the pool for the children was off and it shows it on the website to be on it was not but everything

the full kitchen so we did not have to eat out every night

our suite had all the amenities of home...kitchen & laundry room. it was close to everything.

i had to clean tub before giving my kids a bath because their was hair in it

only cleaned once in 16 days (this means towels & sheets only changed once) room was next to laundry/work room noisy with carts early in the morning

the life of me, i can t understand why you can t have stores, restaurants or room service because of covid

super helpful bar staff - we forgot our wine key and they opened our bottle and provided 2 wine glasses to take

mini golf is a tiny patch outside the hotel same with the playground it’s got a vollyball net and

short walk to mini golf with our grandchildren

well equipped gym and great pool

very convenient for where i needed to stay kids love the pool family friendly staff especially at the front desk would stay

the center pool view and the room itself was very nice.

shuttle service was not at convenient times and only went in the late morning

free parking and laundry service added an extra bonus

had a kitchen with full sized fridge and 2 electric stove tops, microwave and small sink

our two-bedroom suite with living room/dining room/kitchen area was perfect; our home away from home

breakfast was real good and had a good variety of items for a diabetic diet

couldn´t try the pool, spent the time mostly shopping

we had a suite plenty room . breakfast was delicious

- location, cleanliness, free breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly and helpful

employees were rude and to much traffic from golf carts etc through all hours of the night.

they did have a shuttle to go to the grocery store or walt disney world or universal studios

next time, we’ll try to stay a bit longer to enjoy the pool which seems very nice

they should have offered a shuttle over to the pool

golf carts are giving cars a run for their money.
