yes pool was outside and not heated and their were stains on the bedsheets.

i liked the free wifi. i also liked the cuban restaurant within the building.

downtown deland so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants and enjoy without worrying about parking or a place to rest

no hot tub at pool, limited lounge chairs, no exercise room.

the room was very clean and comfortable. the breakfast was good - typical breakfast bar.

courtyard was right outside our windows and there were a group of loud kids playing marco polo while we were trying to sleep
