pool water could have been a little warmer. my son enjoyed it but i was freezing!

sidewalks and parking lot were very icy! should have been salted better. actually fell.

the breakfast buffet and reception time is always a winner

breakfast was amazing, pool was fun for the kids, gym was decent, hotel room was good

i wish there was more parking for moving trucks that are hauling cars.

the gym was great, with enough equipment to get a good workout in

staff, nice large room, great a/c, breakfast exceeded expectation

and all staff were the nicest, professional, best group from the cleaning staff, kitchen staff, everyone greeted with a smile and a kind word

tractor trailers and other large trucks park around the perimeter of the hotel in the evening making it difficult

breakfast staff could have been a little nicer or better attitude

my kids love swimming, and we had to quit

the pool and hot tub was excellent

husband and i loved the free morning breakfast

the breakfast was outstanding as was the bed.

suggestion is to update laundry area so coins is not the only option

i didn’t attempt to see about the gym or the laundry as the hotel was not appealing and the help acted like he was drunk or stoned

they are at a perfect location for dinning and shopping the laundry facility was very clean and affordable and we were comfortable in our stay

the building appeared to be relatively new and the common areas, our room, the fitness center, the pool, and grounds were all very clean and well-decorated

the only thing that i didn't like was how bright the lights were, ,limited options for the kitchen lighting

i didn't have time for the gym or need the laundry, but i was impressed by those, also

liked the hotel pool, hot tub and fitness room
