suggestion is to update laundry area so coins is not the only option

i didn’t attempt to see about the gym or the laundry as the hotel was not appealing and the help acted like he was drunk or stoned

they are at a perfect location for dinning and shopping the laundry facility was very clean and affordable and we were comfortable in our stay

deep cleaning in kitchen may be needed eventually.

the building appeared to be relatively new and the common areas, our room, the fitness center, the pool, and grounds were all very clean and well-decorated

the morning staff for breakfast were always attentive & cordial

com it was said that the hotel has free shuttle to the airport, but it didn't, we should have been informed of this before we booked the

i liked having a sitting area and kitchenette

r example, the hide-a-bed did not have sheets, we didn’t have enough towels, ), and the kitchen was not “fully stocked” as mentioned in the room description

pool provided towels and that was helpful, so we did not have to pack extras or use room towels
