us until 7 because there was a wedding on, despite the restaurant being empty and having young kids that can't eat that late

breakfast freshly cooked and clearly well presented on the plate - could not fault anything

easy check-in online, plenty of parking with ev chargers at 55p/kwh

they were busy with the wedding and yet they accommodated my request for an early check in with only an hour to prepare

the breakfast the next day, the bacon just wasn t the best other than that it was perfect!

on site parking is available but need to arrive early ( as close to 4pm as you can) more rooms than spaces (+)easy parking and a very nice room in the middle of basingstoke. great shower. (+)rear of the houses, down an alleyway to the side of the house, which makes it for a quieter stay, parking is ample also (+)central location with free car parking (+) plenty of parking spaces on time of my (+) parking was (+)location, walking distance to town centre, plenty of parking, the room was spotless and i liked the door access codes rather than having a key (+)was very easy to find and there was plenty of parking (+) parking was easy

the owner was friendly and allowed me have an early check in and late checkout, which was much appreciated
