very clean spacious rooms & friendly staff spa facilities were lovely & you get it to yourself

guy who was nightshift at the reception spoke very rudely, barely said hello and he came into our spa without knocking the door just as a « preventive measure » for us to not be late

room was very clean and comfortable the small spa room was great after a long journey and the staff were friendly and informative it was good to

water behind property with ducks, which kids really liked

no kids high chair during breakfast.

we loved the breakfast, loads to choose from, bacon eggs, sausage, fruits and pastries

my kids absolutely adored him and said he deserves a big pay rise

poor wifi in my room which was at one end of a large, empty hotel need better range of tea and proper

the room was exceptional, the breakfast was superb and the swimming pool is great too

we laid by the pool, strolled the gardens, took drinks on the terrace and had a massage at the spa

staff, the grounds, the common areas of the castle (a very nice bar where we were able to enjoy some food and drink), the comfortable bed - we had a lovely

suite and pool area were first class

it would have been nice to use the spa facilities of the hotel without charge if you are a guest rather than paying but it wasn’t
