the hotel grounds and pool were outstanding and we cannot wait to come back

it would have been nice to use the spa facilities of the hotel without charge if you are a guest rather than paying but it wasn’t

the preserves offered at breakfast were especially a treat

breakfast was good, if not a little expensive

it was possible to sit at the bar, but not so comfortable for a meal and the selection of dishes at the bar is very

the room service . the cleaner shouted at me , i reported . no feedback was given to me

we were told we had to have room service for breakfast which was very average

enough free parking places in the gated area

we had kids with us and the restaurant was expensive for feeding then but there is a bakery and pizza

we thought it was quite silly that our children couldn t eat their kids meals outside by the pool when we ordered them and we had to get them out of the pool and

booked the spa and was accepted the night before but then were told it doesn't operate before 4pm, we were

welcoming staff who were great with kids, the great breakfast and the large room, the access to a water refilling machine

spa was wonderful and worth the small cost the staff is very kind and professional the location was

liked that it had a kitchenette in the room and laundry facilities on site

there is also a spa service in the hotel
