the pool snack bar has okay food but closes early

they have wonderful staffs and catered to all of our needs, cleanliness amazing breakfast/food and location

last day while breakfast they took all things for shower from our room

big room, good wifi, gym, quick check-in. all is ok why i have stayed 3 there times.

the spa breakfast room service were all top notch

a dream breakfast and a super attentive, kind and helpful staff a very professional and available luggage

a special thank to loubna ( housekeeping) and mouhsine ( swimming pool) for taking care of us our kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the (+) the pool was amazing as always, and the atmosphere felt just like home (-)the swimming pool was stunning :) (+)location beautiful golf fantastic pool rooms are spacious and clean (+) pool and view exceptional as well (-) i experienced the spa and sea pool and just wow (+)the wellness centre with a heated pool (29-30 degrees celsius) is open until 10pm. (-)ants in the room, slow service by the pool, and the salt water pool had too much salt. (+)staff was great, especially next to the pool (+)every thing was good from the desk staff til mamadou in the pool.

we asked for e cot or extra mattress in our room for one of our grand kids and they provide it with no problem

the welcome drink of tea and early check in after a long flight was amazing

love that this hotel has a laundry room with a free washer and dryer as well as access to an iron

for example meals from the restaurant and laundry service are very expensive

lots of onsite facilities eg bar, restaurants, gym, laundry rooms etc

wifi could have been better in some areas of the room. no room service menu.

comfortable and clean, misti, the rooftop bar was the perfect place to retreat to at the end of the day

the bar on the rooftop was not open. gym is very small

i would have preferred a bigger gym with better air con / ventalation

what is worst is that our kids were stack in the elevator because if the power outage

the staff is also very professional, they managed to set up the 2 kids colts very quickly

our breakfast was well looked after with charming osama and the amazing khadeeja, with the food being

house dinning/breakfast could be added for extra comfort of guests who wishes to dine-in their rooms

he was very helpful anything i asked him he ll try to do his best to help me specially i had my kids with me and my old parents so it was perfect for us, thx a lot to the staff

very friendly & very helpful, the rooms are spacious & clean the neighborhood is calm and safe, parking is available

elevator bathrooms only have toilet papers and don't have bidet, for arabs we use water also the room service usually knock the room door and open it directly without taking confirmation to open

free parking is included in the garage of the hotel which is very helpful

we had the best breakfast of the whole trip here

the gym opens up late at 9:30am so could not use it.

thanks to othmane, saida, fatima zahra, djebi, abdelmajid, moncif, mohamed (the waiter) wifi was permanent and good enough so i could have done my daily teams meeting with my trams in (-)wifi in the rooms is weak (-)thing is that wifi was not available to iphone in my room, but it was a very minor thing and they offered me to (+) wifi is fast (-) wifi signal was very weak and dropped out frequently (although was ok in other parts of the (+) the wifi was also good, never has problem with it (-)uninterested reception team very poor wifi impossible to use for whatsapp calls appalling housekeeping
