the spa area is more similar to medical offices

hotel rooms lack so many things, no hotels guides or room service menu, empty fridge etc

gym hadn't been used for a while , had to fix machines ( rusty) max dumbell 3kg

spa treatment and pool side lounge bar, both very friendly staff and quality service.

bar staff in the afternoon are not professionals no respect especially one stuff member sitting on

spa closed (and this was not advertised); not 5star service ex: insufficient advice from staff

spa was incredible- i had a royal hammam and relaxing massage and it was the star of the

spa non existent unless you pay for treatments

i had a amazing room towards the pool and river side with a balcony

horrendous laundry prices where you pay per item (socks 10mhd, tshirts 30/50mhd per piece)

manager introduced himself at breakfast and asked if i had any problems or difficulties

laundry service is definitely a ripoff, i would have to pay almost 30 euro just to wash my stuff
