pool was a little too cold, but we were notified upon arrival about the trouble they’d been

very nice, big, clean room with a kitchenette. good amenities and amazing breakfast

we really liked this hotel! clean, large room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

also had a full mini kitchen which was unexpected and would have been very useful had we been staying longer

you can't see the tv from the kitchen while you're cooking and that's about it

kids wanted certain cereal but a lot

that the breakfast ended at 9, we accidentally got assigned a room that already had people in it

rooms were comfortable and clean. basketball court and gym were available to unwind and relax.

sofa pull out bed was very hard and springy for the kids

they waved the parking fee and pet fee as a result and made every effort to get me in the first available suite

in time is 4 and the pool closes at 10 my family comes to the hotel to swim i think the pool should be open later

it was very clean and rooms were very comfortable. the hot tub, pool and gym was spectacular.

having a kitchen area was a bonus in this “eat at home” era which allows us to grab some takeout and eat

also no pool indoors looked like an apartment instead of a hotel

free breakfast a beautiful quiet location beside a river and a pond so peaceful had an amazing sleep if

loved the studio with kitchen and even a microwave and garbage disposal!

we were told we booked a two-bedroom suite with a spa bath

spa tub broke and did not get fixed the second tv didn’t work the housekeepers were passive

the countertop where the sink & microwave are is really big, so i was able to make an impromptu kitchen/pantry out of it

both at check-in and breakfast were kind and helpful

upon moving rooms, received much better, but no spa tub as requested

the breakfast was good. plenty of variety.

convenient to get to and it was a nice suite with a kitchen, living area, and 2 queen beds with couch bed

gym is really well equipped, but it is a little scary walking through a garage and down empty

woodmark hotel and still spa is a divine oasis of tranquility and serenity

loved the pantry raid from 10pm- midnight ud83dude0a spa treatments were wonderful as

all of the amenities (gym, coffee, etc) are not in the hotel

gym was very far to navigate and freezing (temp was on 63 degrees and not changeable)

is perfect, ballard is cute neighborhood and hotel is super clean and gorgeous, especially gym is fence and very useful, the room is gorgeous and bed is so

internal access to an extremely well equipped and spacious gym, tidy, well maintained, anything you need, incl

very confortable, well located. the gym is wonderful. i enjoyed everything.

i sleep better, have access to a great gym and the neighborhood has

needs a security bar in the shower. your older guests will appreciate it.
