arcade, the indoor pool ( please use less chlorine, and it needs a good cleaning) the wildlife and our granddaughter

pool has no one taking charge 20 kids in the jacuzzi and i sign that says no one under 18

they changed my reservation to a different room without the spa tub and charged me the same rate

we had to go outside of the facilities to eat, or cook in our kitchen

the indoor water park and other amenities (arcade, ping pong, lake) were great for the kids.

lot of people smoking by the entrances of hotel i have kids and we had to keep walking by people

i did not try the pool only because i ran out of time

servers, and the atmosphere of the guests i have encountered was excellent the band at the bar was great

had booked a room with a kitchen and on the day of check-in it became unavailable due to a broken part

kitchen sink was dirty but bathroom sink had a half inch of black mold and was gross

bed was very comfortable, clean , laundry facilities available , warm and filling breakfast, shower had great water pressure

bed was hard, sheets dirty , floors slippery, bathroom sink broken, dead bugs on floor in kitchen, upstairs guest never sleep made noise the whole night

the continental breakfast was delicious
