the spa tub was a plus!

jets in spa tub did not work which was disappointing and part of the reason i chose this suite

the jets didn’t work for the spa tub, pieces of the wall were falling off and the lock to the outside door didn’t work and

spa tub (half the reason i booked here) did not work

extra towels were left for the spa tub

in particular i enjoyed the framed, hand-lettered advertisement as art above the kitchen cabinets

potentials but poor management: luck of toiletries, kitchen not equipped, only two burners working out of four on the stove, outdated tvs, weak wifi

took the breakfast food away while we were trying to make a

facilities were mostly closed - arcade was being renovated, no bowling, no mini golf, no one knew any thing about the scheduled daily activities that didn't take place

the seperate bedroom and the spa tub at willowbrook

the 1 bedroom suite with spa bath at willowbrook was spacious and clean

the floors are slippery in the indoor pool and bathrooms.

there was a nice billard room, gym and bowling alley

pool has no one taking charge 20 kids in the jacuzzi and i sign that says no one under 18

hot tub in the room was broke and in the other hotel and the out side pool is not being taken care

not secured and partially open when checked and exterior patio door did not lock so we used a bar stool to secure it

we love the location and scenery. the pool looked nice but too many young kids running around

full kitchen that gives you the feeling of being at home is nothing short of commendable

the room and included stuff like the pool, gym, and breakfast was fantastic!!!

rented the 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect, kitchen had everything we needed, just enough room,

the layout is spacious, the breakfast absolutely above average and this is my 4th time staying at this property

very clean, comfortable, great gym.

need a bigger garbage can in the kitchen

we arrived, we were first told about a $100 pet fee and shown a page of rules but not given a copy although i signed it
