the pool was so relaxing and the food was amazing

didn't like that on the cable channel that you did not have fox news as an option gym was a little small

we liked that the room had a kitchenette and was thoughtfully outfitted

full kitchenette, room has everything you could need

the only thing i didn't like was the gym, very small.

last night of our stay (friday night) there were some rowdy party kids in the room next to ours

some people complained about bar noise from downstairs

arriving at 8:00am was a very long wait after travelling for a long time , should accommodate a early check

not recommended if you are staying with kids

bar is a few levels down and outside, but it didn't bother us

the hotel had historical charm and the gym was very well equipped surprisingly

the gym was limited, but had enough to get a good workout in

we had kids (11 and 5) and the way we planned was to go out during the day, have fun, come back post lunch

sometimes i woke up to kids being loud & crying. you could hear through the walls at times.

being an older building i found my room well beyond my expectations, having a kitchenette was a big plus and ample room to boot

our bathroom and kitchen areas were very clean and functional, they could use a bit of brightening up or updating

duplex suite was super well laid out, comfortable sitting area and good kitchen equipment

in the bar was excellent

other guests had the doors to their suites open and lots of crying , loud kids

they provided a pack n play which was great for traveling with young kids

our host, douglas, provided outstanding service and an excellent breakfast to begin our day’s activities

my wife and i booked a king room with the spa bath and it was such a relaxing stay that night

there is a burger/beer bar attached to the hotel

time of the day reasonable price for a 3-star quality motel/inn accommodation there is a decent laundry facility on-site, and they will provide the detergent i would consider staying here

they have a gym and the mall is only 5 min away

was only one washer available for use for laundry facilities

we drove an ev and there were 3 tesla chargers and one standard ev charger in their gated parking garage, which was most excellent

the kitchen was well-equipped and we didn't have to ask for anything in addition to what was provided

no sink or stove, or salt in the kitchen

kitchen could be better stocked as they have the full kitchen but nothing to cook with, no wine

no bottled water provided in room except the bottled water in mini bar that you had to pay for

spending an extra night would have given us more time to enjoy the pool and spa facilities

we were able to find a parking spot in their parking lot, checked in early and ate a delicious dinner at the pub

no pool or phone in the room.

we had noises there was a fitness room or jacuzzi

although the shuttle bus is great for taking you to the harbour, it does finish at 9pm and all the restaurants

allowed for early check in with nice upgrade

people with mobility issues we liked the picture of the walk in shower however we expected a grab bar in the shower and comfort height toilets

a handicapped bar in the shower!

we got a cheerful response to our late check out request

on the bay, nice restaurant with a view, fully equipped gym, new rooms, quiet, parking below and close to all shopping and restaurants

sofa bed is not comfortable - a metal bar runs the width of the bed around shoulder level making it hard to get comfortable
