i asked a simple question ( body language said it all eyes too ) i didn't didn't want room service i was looking for the housekeeper and she was no where to be found, went different (-)room service fell sjort (+) room service was on time and very friendly (+)was very friendly, the room service was great, the pool was awesome (+) room service was also excellent (+) the weather was awful when we called room service and our room had outside opening (-) we also asked room service (+) also had to ask for room service 2 times - and only stayed 4 (-)room service and being charged more than my booking.com reservation (+) front desk, room service (juan) awesome (-) room service didn't do our bed for 2 consecutive days and we have to inform the front desk about it
