there was dangerous cables hanging from the ceiling and there was loud music played in the bar below our room until gone midnight

toasties at the bar, to starting up the fireplace, to vacuuming the floors, to preparing the breakfast room - these 2 girls did it all

understaffed on first evening, just one guy acting as receptionist, bar man, waiter
