the swimming pool was very pleasant

lots of space for parking and the breakfast was excelent

staff were great and breakfast had a lot of variety (bread, croissants, fruits, eggs, etc,)

breakfast was generous and delicious

reception, bar & restaurant areas — luxurious, comfortable and very well designed

indoor facilities are nice enough, but the pool area really shines, with 2 pools and inflatable water sliders for children

this hotel would be great during spring/summer as it has a nice outdoor / pool area

toasties at the bar, to starting up the fireplace, to vacuuming the floors, to preparing the breakfast room - these 2 girls did it all

what we liked the most was the outside area near the pool

has made efforts to be eco friendly (fixed bottles of shampoo and soap in the bathroom, paper laundry bags, etc), and the staff were all very friendly and helpful (-)little noisey during laundry storage,but not offensive and after all an essential function of running a very smart hotel (+) we really appreciated the laundry service (+) we asked to get our laundry done in a fairly short period of time and they were able to accommodate us (-) i pointed out to them it could have been laundry

woman working at the reception desk was run off her feet especially at breakfast time where the kitchen staff couln t keep up

room service took less than 30 min to arrive and the food was delicious

the sink was a bit off, so whenever the tap water was on, it would spill water on the sides; late room service: sometimes the cleaning would be done only in the afternoon

3 great pools one gym and a great spa

we stayed in a suite as have two young kids and it was perfect, on ground floor, very handy for in and out to pool

would recommend to families with kids staying here, as there are many other families and the number of pools and activities can keep
