i didn't like that the pool was outside

no room service for a 2 night stay and had to ask for towels.

kids not allowed in gym. my 8 year old likes to run.

jacuzzi outside when i book the hotel it stated jacuzzi outside ask the front desk turn that into gym need to move its jacuzzi

the hotel is close by the mall and other stores and restaurants. i like the gym and pool area.

i wish the shuttle could of went a little farther

room was like an upscale condo with a full kitchen, large bathroom & modern shower

there is a gym, as advertised, but covid-closed

the manager was rude, and very nasty and disrespectful to customers, the gym closed it dont work and the pool closed he said they will never open it

they have a shuttle that takes you anywhere you need to go within a 3-mile radius for free which is amazing

expected the breakfast to be a little better than the free breakfast you get with hotels, only because i was so
