the pool, gym and restaurant were not open

was offered on the booking page was not what the hotel offered, for example the gym does not exist

5) b/c of covid, no breakfast, no gym, no swimming pool

and the gym was closed

no free breakfast as advertised, still saying because of covid, pool and gym closed as well

the pool was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cold !!!

o didn't visit the pool or gym up close and personal, but they seemed nice when i walked by them

the bar and snack station was overpriced

i did not eat the breakfast because i brought my own food. the hotel was wonderful!

we love having a kitchenette with a larger refrigerator, microwave, cook top & dishwasher

sleeping area with pull out couch and extra tv our kids were very comfortable they also offered a laundry room with free usage to the machines which helped us out

friendly staff, updated facility, great breakfast, really great room and comfortable bed - i'll be back

reception staff was helpful and friendly but the bar man was rude, unhelpful and had no customer service skills initially until i told him off then

a sack breakfast consisting of 1 orange, 1 small prepacked muffin, and a granola bar just should not cut it regardless of the current health situation

however, we could hear people talking late into the night, possibly from the pool area.

well located for what i was doing, the gym is well equipped, the breakfast was ok

wish i had a suite so my kids could sleep in instead of the sofa bed, but they didn't complain at all
