great value, great location, and the owners are hilarious and kind. no kitchenette however.

also, there’s a nice sunset bar nearby with happy hour and a great atmosphere
the staff were beyond helpful and friendly and the breakfast was perfect with a substantial offering to start the day
be prepared however to hear music at night from the restaurant upstairs and beach bar in front
breakfast with a view as well
street right between the hotel and the beach bar is pretty loud

great pool and sun lounger area and steps straight down into the sea for snorkelling
good location next to the sea with seaview nice pool and their own sandy small beach on the cliff next to the sea
water cooler in room, great pool, excellent care
the facilities were awesome and the pool and the access to the ocean was absolutely amazing

breakfast was great at the world cafe
the pool is so tiny you don't get to separate the adults (most of them pretty drunk) from the kids so it's just an accident waiting to happen
the pool are cleaned daily and the beach is clean and seating very good for sunset pictures or just
the pool is very small and there is no ocean view
we loved the pool and beach- all the staff was very accommodating

no beach, and the bar area did not seem the fit with the rest of the resort.

reasonably priced cocktails with a pool/spa overlooking the ocean
location in the heart of pdc whilst not too noisy with nearby bars and clubs
2 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the main street of shops, restaurants and bars
it´s new, clean, modern design and the rooftop area & pool exceeded our expectations with the beautiful view to the caribbean ocean and cozumel
