nice hotel with pool and slides

staff and facilities (pool, gym, breakfast, room) were all in great condition

good value price and clean hotel. good breakfast super friendly staff

front desk staff and breakfast room staff were great.

in the morning, i was woken up by the vibrations from the laundry next door, making it impossible to sleep

was a clean and extremely comfortable large room overlooking the golf course

the kitchen had everything you need for a short stay

we really enjoy playing the golf course

my kids loved it

the gym was weak.

also there is a spa but you need to book ahead

location oceanside with lovely gardens and spa like feeling

longer hours for laundry access

i appreciate that i am able to park my truck and trailer there

there is no fitness centre

instead of a standard hotel room it had a full kitchen, living room and one queen in the bedroom

breakfast was hot and tasty, the breakfast room was attractive and inviting

breakfast was an added bonus, we would definitely stay here if lucky enough to visit vancouver

so many things we liked …recycling was easy and we even washed a load of laundry

great people, good breakfast, lovely accommodation with full kitchen.

the pool and gym were closed due to covid19.

aside from the room, there was a small gym

rooms could use some simple updates, like a small power bar between the beds so more than one thing can be plugged in or to be able to plug in anything

wi-fi only worked half of the time, no room service or charging restraunt meals to the room and the elevator and hallways smell like old,

balcony with a stunning wiew! coffebrewer, fridge and microvawe and laundryroom for guests.

did not find an ice machine, but nor did i ask. there are laundry facilities.

balcony could have been a little wider and i would have loved a slimline dishwasher in the kitchen, otherwise i wouldn't change a thing

beds were super comfortable very clean laundry on site

the bed is big and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped (though a dishwasher would be a good addition) and the bathroom is roomy with

lack of mirrors. no kitchen extract. bread knife would be useful. hooks for towels in bathroom

we didn’t use kitchen but we’re told they charged extra to clean it which was weird

spacious room with everything available in kitchen u could need fridge, microwave stove , kettle etc

quality kitchen utensils management is friendly and helpful gated
