spacious, very clean and the kitchen had everything you need

were thrilled to find out there were laundry facilities

the pool and gym were closed due to covid19.

rooms could use some simple updates, like a small power bar between the beds so more than one thing can be plugged in or to be able to plug in anything

there was laundry facilities

was exceptionally kind and took us around to make sure we were familiar with the workings of the kitchen etc we were two couples with our own bedrooms, one overlooking the river, perfect for

we didn’t use kitchen but we’re told they charged extra to clean it which was weird

only thing -- and we find this at many resorts -- we found was lots of kids jumping in the pool making it a bit tricky to pick a time to swim

the kitchenette had everything we needed, although my kids thought the apartment-size fridge was quite funny

the laundry facilities can only be used between 10am and 5pm, because of noise

suite was a good size, bed was very big and comfortable, staff were pleasant, the guest self-use laundry was a great

only gripe... bar was a little too small.

on a golf course that was park like with mature well cared for gardens and tall fir trees

had a great experience and the spa massage was a great bonus.

my emails were acknowledged with promises to look in “ lost and found “ and the laundry
