the room and breakfast were very basic and poor value for the cost

the beds weren’t very comfortable to be honest and breakfast was basic (toast and coffee with little else offered) meaning we felt we spent a lot of

receptionist a little grumpy breakfast selection limited, breakfast hours only 10am-12pm, one of our days receptionist turned up

swimming pool was empty too but i guess it was being repaired

the tv was modern and the kitchen had about everything you could need

the kitchen was a a little dark due to little natural light. a little difficult to find.

the parking was perfect but most of all the hosts were lovely and are now our friends

bar area doesn t work from 1 pm to 6 pm, but there is wending machine with some sweets, soft

very big room and hotel with excellent facilities such as gym and swimming. also very clean.

also, it is odd that a 5 star hotel would charge extra for a late check out

we also use the room service and the gastro bar was incredible, with good food choices, we highly recommend lunch

staff was really nice, nice big comfy room. room service a lot of options.

pool a plus for hot afternoons when sightseeing is too much

was fabulous - especially the rooftop pool

very comfortable and clean. quiet at night. the rooftop bar and pool were a great addition.

the swimming pool on the roof with jacuzzi made our kids happy in the evenings

the washing machine placed on the top floor, and no laundry detergent

we didn't use the kitchen but it seemed new-ish and i did spot some cooking tools

although the kitchen was small it was well equipped

was 2 connected rooms with separate bathrooms, the small room has a good size sofa bed and little kitchen with coffee machine, microwave and mini fridge, everything was super clean

there is a refrigerator, kitchen with microwave, couch, and table with 2 chairs

nice and clean sun terrace with sun loungers and a pool for relaxing in the mid day heat

the pool on the roof is such a relief as the summer is incredibly hot in sevilla
