has good facilities, with wifi and parking lot
to pay for any drinks from the bar at reception, especially after a coach of people came in
bar area doesn t work from 1 pm to 6 pm, but there is wending machine with some sweets, soft

restaurants on site and room service offer many tasty options
the location of the hotel is ok, next to the water park (that was closed as it was december) (+) directly opposite isla magica theme park/water park (+) situated beside a water park also (+) a good location if you are going to the football game and close to the water park (+)great hotel...room superb and hotel spacious and clean. location short walk to them/water park (+) walking distance to water park and theme park which is good for families (-) there is a water park near to it and so the underground parking for the hotel was closed and it (-) the hotel has a partnership with the theme/water park isla magica next door (+) the location of the hotel was neat to a water park and near to the city (5-7 min by taxi)
they have a gym and 2 pools as far as i remember you should visited both but kids are no allowed to the warm
quick respond with the staff and room service, cleaners ect
friendly staff, comfortable room, really nice breakfast, fast wifi the distance between the hotel and the city centre is a little far, but using the city's bike

the gym is well equipped with cardio machines, free weights, flat bench and a cable machine
small but nice ice airconditioned gym
everything, but if i have to say one thing the amenities/facilities like the gym and spa area
the spa and the massage i got there (by jessie)
i really recommend this hotel, they even managed to give me an early check in and a late check out

hotel have a nice small pool and a cute roof top terrace and for me most important thing is valet garage
the hotel is amazing and the rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to enjoy some relaxation and a dip on a very very hot day
