there are two giant washing machines and tumble dryers in the onsite coin operated laundry facilities which work brilliantly and are low cost to use

great location and access to cycling and golf activities. great view of the mountains!!

because of covid there is no room service (as in every hotel in alberta) available at the moment, but you always get fresh (-)since we couldn t find the phone, we couldn t order room service lol but it s aight (+) we had room service one night and the meals were huge, fish and chips were awesome (*) moreover, there is no room service unless being asked for it, well (-) had to ask for room service every day, which for the price we paid was not good (-)terrible room service, didnt clean our room, felt like we were stay in a hostel

wifi signal was so weak it would not stay connected

the hotel is very central and within an easy walking distance to the downtown restaurant s, bars and other facilities

i loved that there was a full kitchen and washer & dryer in the room!

room is fully equipped:all tools in the kitchen, washing machine, dryer, flat tv, everything

we were there for five minutes when literally 12 kids under 10 arrived and treated it like a pool

it was very clean, kitchen was well stocked

gym facility was lacking. no restaurant on site, only a small cafe/shop.

the personnel was not so friendly, and the swimming pool is really small.

we enjoyed using the gym, pool and spa in between activities and day trips

like everything especially the fact that we have a laundry room inside

the booking when it said suite, so when we walked into a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms and laundry, we were very surprised

after a long day of hiking we would loved some pool and spa time

we had towels, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and other basics, which made the

room was fully stocked with dishes, bed was comfortable, they had grills, a pool table, and a fitness room with free weights

hardworking staff cleaned the dishes and was extremely accommodating with room upgrade and late check out

our room had 3 bedrooms and a big living space, kitchen, pull out sofa bed, 2 bathrooms

clean laundry was a bonus would be nice if a welcome basket was

beautiful place! so cosy and kind people. spa and pool was amazing

i was surprised the kitchen was equiped with the basic things we needed for cooking

the sauna was a daily retreat for me, and the gym, though small, provided my son and i with all the equipment needed for our daily workouts

beds were excellent. kitchen was well equipped.
