laundry facilities downstairs which is handy if you've been on the road for a while

we arrived 4 hours early with the intention of just dropping off our bags but were allowed early check in as our room

upgraded our suite for free and gave us a late check out without us asking due to the inconvenience of the noise when we first arrived

the walk to town was easy, and there was plenty of parking available underneath the hotel

the bar and a restaurant on ground floor looked nice although we didn't have a chance to visit

welcome room exceeded our expectations huge room and lots of space pool deck and spa is on the smaller side but perfectly formed and clean with lovely views

i don't believe there was room service.

there is no laundry service in the hotel. and the breakfast isn't good as our expectation.

great room and gorgeous mountain view, lovely spa facilities and very friendly staff.

location was out of the way so less busy, hot tub for the kids, had a gym for a quick workout

there is some construction on the pool and hot tub at the facility however, this was not a cause for concern for our trip

brilliant the shuttle was amazing because it was a bit of a walk to banff centre especially with kids

wifi wasn t great in our room but it was nice to feel out of touch with society for a bit anyway

and steam room were under renovations at the time of my stay and they were not located near the pool

loved the bartender and the wonderful fireplace in the bar and the front desk staff

received complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and spectacular mountain views at the bar for the inconvenience

they need an ice machine. you can get it from the bar but it’s not 24 hours.

beautiful place! so cosy and kind people. spa and pool was amazing

mineral spa was incredible with absolutely beautiful view of the rockies

the full condo with kitchen was super cozy and soundproof which is always appreciated

the pillows were hard. wifi didn t work in our room.

the pub had an old irish bar feeling, it had great food and nice cold beer

wifi was completely unusable

the parking lot is a bit crowded, but it worked out and everything was so wonderful that the tight

didn t, it wasctrying to be trendy but no room service and it totally misunderstood the climate change

there was no water for the coffee. no attendant at the kitchen

wifi would constantly cut out so you had to keep logging back in.

the rooms were super clean, well equipped, easy parking

the wifi very slow, sitting area is so old especially up staires.

the booking when it said suite, so when we walked into a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms and laundry, we were very surprised

location was easy to find, good proximity to town centre, the nearby golf courses, and walking trails

don't need to worry about parking if you are staying here

the cabin we stayed in was lovely with parking space right next to it

comfortable and hikes right outside the front door, a parking stall in front of the cabin was included

we were also able to hike johnston canyon any time of day without having to worry about parking

cute little cabin to stay in.... parking a little tight, but manageable.
