we spent 1-2 hours at the pool and another parent called the desk to inform them we needed towels
near airport but especially the free shuttle
hard to get in and out of parking lot
my parents are handicap and there wasn t enough of handicap parking spaces, breakfast was good, but not enough tables to sit down with my family

the pool was clean, but very cold for indoor pool

wonderful flexibility in suite setup with2 bedrooms adjoining a kitchen lounge area

too many unattended children in the pool area.
the parking situation was a little confusing with it being attached to the convention center.
had to wait over 1 hr for the kids to shower until we got some delivered
the lack of coffee. the drinks at the bar are also way overpriced
breakfast and room service was less then desirable.

heated pool didn’t really feel heated
room had two televisions in it, in addition to a very nice kitchen, which was stocked with basic kitchenware
comfortable room, outstandingly friendly staff, kitchen breakfast area very spacious and well kept
kitchenette in the room is a bonus
the full kitchen in the room, as well as the staff and breakfast in the morning.
