the pool area was loud

very friendly and helpful staff, nice spa and wonderful gym
close to casino ,beds are comfortable
the restaurants were almost entirely closed in the casino, which we were not aware of
roof top bar and view
it is conntected to a casino.

that the pool and the gym was closed due to covid.
loved the kitchen didn’t know it came with one and the free parking
great breakfast friendly employees great facility quiet clean
when i booked the room i was told i could request an early check in and i did
cold water in the kitchenette did not work, when staff were advised though they immediately took action to rectify

staff was spectacular, the hotel was really nice, the kids loved the pool
all the kids were on their phones
front desk staff were helpful and super accommodating to every need and friendly to our excited kids
i d like to come back when the pool is open!
costly for a one night stay. did not need a whole kitchen setup.

i enjoyed the kitchen for a moment
well stocked kitchen, a large room to visit and unwind, and close to barnes hospital, exactly what i was looking
shared full kitchen worked very well for us with free coffee and fruit on weekends
gym, spacious lobby, kitchen and hot tub were great
friendly staff and great kitchen amenities

the laundry area was clean, but it would have been much nicer to have had a vending machine in there
kids had a lot of fun at the indoor/outdoor pool and free arcade
the room was also opposite the laundry room,

we did not swim in the pool so we can't comment on that
my family enjoyed the swimming pool and nearby attractions
excellent location & value! breakfast was very good and kids enjoyed the pool daily.
the gym was nice too
