the spa tub was a plus!

jets in spa tub did not work which was disappointing and part of the reason i chose this suite

the jets didn’t work for the spa tub, pieces of the wall were falling off and the lock to the outside door didn’t work and

spa tub (half the reason i booked here) did not work

extra towels were left for the spa tub

complementary breakfast tasted great, i booked the king size studio /suite it was huge and clean

wonderful spacious suite room, great hotel setup (outdoor seating, basketball court, indoor pool) -- perfect hotel

friendly staff, nice size room, kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, pet friendly.

full size refrigerator and kitchen was not utilized to fullest, but nice to have

kids loved the breakfast in the morning and the staff was super nice and accommodating when the pool wasn't working and allowing my kids around the lobby

the room was exceptional ud83dudc4c laundry facilities on site, along with a fitness center and pool

we love the location and scenery. the pool looked nice but too many young kids running around

staff is told to lie to tell you managers are in a meeting the swimming pool outside has chairs and tables from the 70s

arcade, the indoor pool ( please use less chlorine, and it needs a good cleaning) the wildlife and our granddaughter

we especially enjoyed the tap restaurant and bar with its walls of photos of the rich and famous that stayed there

no room service, no bar availability

i liked the area, liked 24 hr room service

we woke up to a basket of breakfast items outside our door, which was a nice touch

wonderful bar and restaurant. huge room with spectacular bathroom and makeup room

room was directly above the bar/ restaurant so very loud until things died down at 10:30

breakfast was very average. no cooked food.

we had drinks at the bar which was busy and noisy- christmas holidays- then ordered pizza from the best- lehigh pizza
