they upgraded us and gave us a free drink at the bar whilst we waited for the room to be ready

staff were very helpful and accommodated our request for an early check in, which was great for the elderly folks in our group

loved our room which had 2 balconies, a full kitchen and washer and dryer although we did not need anything other than the refrigerator

really liked the spaciousness of the room and the kitchen

it was a bonus to have a laundry machine and a dryer at the end of our two week trip across the states

was excellent; concierge staff — particularly helen— were first class; kitchen in room and close-by take-out restaurants was great

our dog with us and the front desk was very accommodating as i asked for balcony, washer/dryer, early check in and room was ready at 1pm

guy i checked in with was really nice, the lady that was at the desk when i asked for a late check out was nice

to buses short walk to hollywood boulevard and santa monica boulevard, takeaways, supermarket and laundry close by

staff the snacks, ice cream machine and soda machine were great the kids had the best time it was such a memorable stay would certainly

i loved that there was a restaurant right above that had a bar walking distance like a minute walk, and the staff even though they had no front desk

the room is huge and has a kitchen and balcony with killer view.

very clean, decent sized 2 bedrooms with a small kitchen

a little wore but it was clean and served our purpose and a great price for the 3 adults and two kids

blinds in the front room and kitchen didn't go all the way down.
