the staff we met were very nice and helpful, excellent cookies served upon checkin, nice clean pool area with great lounge chairs

rooms aren't maintenanced very well the beds are very loud no ice machine no laundry

bigger laundry room would of been better there is just one washer and dryer in a very small room and each

the hotel also has a very nice pool to relax in and a gym (which we didn’t use, but it looked well equipped)

got a little busy so there were no pool towels and it seemed like our room wasn’t fully put back together when we checked in

like the mini kitchen, and how you guys provide breakfast for your guests, and the amenities were

clean, safe, and comfortable hotel with great breakfast and central to a lot of places.

the main pool and all of the facilities, including the lazy river miniature golf were amazing

it a as very clean, had lots of activities for the kids to do, heated pools were great

bedroom was perfect for us and the poll and mini golf were great

other than that it is definitely worth it for the larger room and full kitchen

the bathtubs need remodeling, the kitchen utensils were all falling apart, when being used the handle came apart from the part you

loved the open bar / restaurant that was within walking distance

pool was not as big as i thought it was but otherwise good for my 2 kids

additionally, for a villa this is the most basic kitchen i have ever had

only thing i didn't like was there were no life vest for kids at the pool

in line and wifi but i'm not sure how they would improve that because of the number of people who stay

the resort is huge with lot of things to do for kids and adults

r instance, we requested a room change on the second day to a room closer to the pool and we were moved in an hour)

in the resort, paddle boats, mini golf, bike rentals, 14 pools, water park, and several different types of ball courts, and much more

from checking in and the staying room pool and the market i will recommend it and go back soon
