staff was amazing, we had to check out at 5 am, and would have missed their breakfast buffet, so they offered to have us coffee, except when we went into the breakfast room

was a motorcycle trip and the car park has plenty of parking directly outside the hotel

the hotel is close to the castle and the city centre, has internal parking and large rooms.

we arrived, we found a huge fairy-lit tree outside on the grounds that our kids immediately had an exciting time running around underneath, even after such a long day of

hotel & golf is a beautiful hotel set in stunning grounds

door shuddered so had to wedge booklet under the door to keep it still my son in law ordered room service one night and was given a sandwich with moulds bread

liked that they had an early check in so we could get dressed for a wedding

was very impressed by the price and quality of food and the speed of room service

to remove 3 large spiders from the room as kids were afraid

met a lovely lady that worked in the bar only works weekends and only started in june or july of last year

staff were amazing , they went out of there way to help, especially the bar staff who made sure i had dinner after the restaurant had closed as i arrived

and hotel manager mo is an absolute gentleman makes me and my kids feel very welcome

a very good gym and swimming pool, expansive grounds and outstanding public areas

good quality gym but better than that a 3 km and 6km running paths

hotel and fabulous golf course

so peaceful - very few kids the walks, the bike hire, the pool all just fabulous

stayed during a televised golf tournament so perhaps prices were higher than usual

nightmare never again and for 260 we asked for early check in got a late one got sick from food and 260 again i'll keep saying it 260

a great selection on offer for kids and adults.

they renovated the gym and is fabulous,same like swimming pool and great spa and jacuzzi

from golf to the leisure center to the spa this resort really caters for everyone

a tricky option for a family with small kids and mom with sore legs

bit a long walk to the spa but it is allowed to with bathrobe through reception so this makes it easier

location, staff, facilities, food and of course the golf courses were totally 5* ++

lessons during the day in the leisure centre as my youngest was going back and forward from the kids pool to the big pool and they were in the kids' pool there was to much going on in the kids

we ate in the bar and the food was amazing and great value too

relaxing stay with 3 small kids

kids club consisted of two teenagers minding at least 12 children

there was a great choice for breakfast. the gym equipment was excellent.
